If your product is defective let us know within 7 days of receiving your order and we will make it right by either sending a replacement or issuing you a refund. 


We believe in our products and love our customers so much that we offer a 10 day refund policy. If you're unhappy about your purchase for any reason, send us the product back and we will issue a refund immediately.

Shipping costs

You (the customer) will be responsible for the shipping cost for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. To return your product contact us first, at to verity you are eligible for a refund. 


If you're shipping items over $50 you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can not guarantee that we will receive your item if it gets lost in the mail.

Cancellations and last minute changes

If you need to change or cancel your order please contact us immediately. We process and ship our orders fast. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.
